Feedthroughs can be used for:

  • Transfer liquid nitrogen (LN2)
  • Transfer power (multipins-Sub-D-Special power transfer)
  • Transfer high voltage
  • Transfer fluids for cooling/heating
  • Transfer motion (wobble, XYZ) possibility motorized automated
  • Feedthrough flanges can be standardized ISO-KF-CF or special customized
  • From low vacuum up to Ultra High Vacuum(UHV)

Gas/Mix Handling

Our strength is to create custom design and manufacturing of low volume, complex systems.  As a result of having an innovative approach, own production and process knowhow, our produced systems  enable manufacturing in the field of R&D, OLED, Semiconductor, Solar and many other applications.

Gas-Fluid mix systems can be used for:

  • Ink printing in Roll to Roll (R2R) deposition equipment for OLEDS
  • Regeneration of fluids under vacuum with heating and stirring
  • Gas mixing for plasma cleaning under different gas mixtures (Ar/H2/O2 etc)
  • Evaporation of mixed fluids for deposition
  • Gas mixing in reactive environment for PECVD – reactive sputtering (PVD)

Techniques used:

  • Manufacturing/Welding
  • Testing, volume/flow/concentration with RGA
  • MFC (mass flow controlling) in combination with automating in labview

 

Distribution Valves

Due to our history in the conventional lighting industry we are still serving the conventional lighting industry with distribution valves (worldwide).

The distribution valves are used for:

  • To extract light bulbs/TL
  • Flushing with nitrogen
  • Filling with specific process gasses/halogens

Techniques used:

  • Manufacturing
  • Lapping of surface 1-2rings CONVEX/CONCAVE
  • Hardness layers:
    • Nitrating layer(hardness 650-950HV)
    • Wolfram Carbide (WCA)
  • Inspection flatness with optical flat with one wavelength Natrium light
